THE SUPREME COURT ON THE 26 MAY 2022 REAFFIRMS OZONKPU DR. VICTOR IKE OYE AS THE ONE AND ONLY NATIONAL CHAIRMAN OF APGA

The Supreme Court on the 26th day of May 2022 released the Order of the Supreme Court in the final Judgement on the Leadership of APGA in Appeal No CV/SC/687/2021. The Court stated the parties to the Suit and all the orders of the Court in its final Judgement and put an end to the controversy on the issue of who the Judgement of the Court favoured.
It has exposed the fact that any peddled document where Mr Edozie Njoku’s name was fraudulently inserted as a Respondent in the Judgement of the Supreme Court in CV/SC/687/2021 should be a subject of a criminal investigation.
The order of the Court shows that Chief Victor Oye was the 2nd Respondent and that Mr Edozie Njoku’s motion was overtaken by events and struck out by the Apex Court.
With the release of the Order of the Supreme Court, APGA is calling on the Security Agencies to investigate this grave atrocity and bring all those responsible to book.
This finally puts to rest the issue of who the national chairman of APGA is and invariably subjects any other impostors at the risk of criminal litigations.

Hereunder is the copy of the supreme court judgement.

APGA is one united family.
Be your brothers and sisters keeper.
