80 Member Transition Committee: Why is Victor Umeh jittery?

For the first time in history, Senator Victor Umeh is jittery. He wants to go to senate in 2023 but he is not sure of APGA ticket. It is no longer business as usual. He had been running unopposed but that era is over.

He has resorted to buying people and groups to drum support for him. Firstly, he paid some clowns in the name of IPAC who went to his house to ask him to declare for senate.

But the visit by IPAC and its subsequent noise on Umeh didn’t move anyone. He is now planning another media noise with some faceless groups on January 27.

According to information gathered by AIF Media, some political jobbers will on January 27 converge at Awka where they will claim that Umeh is the only Igbo man needed at the Senate and demand that he must be given APGA ticket for Anambra central senatorial zone.

Some of the non existing groups pencilled down to attend are Anambra Progressive Youth Initiatives (APYI), APGA Promoters Assembly (APA), Movement For Good Governance and Conscience (MGGC), Igbo Political Voice (IPV), and Anambra Students Union Government’s (SUGs) Forum.

Soludo has sent out warning through the 80 man Transition Committee. It is only the first class materials that will hang around his administration. Therefore, mobilizing paid agents to drum support may not change his mind set.
