Barr Henry Okeke , the Special Adviser to the Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency Rt. Hon Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi on Safety Matters celebrated his Birthday with patients at the Mother of Mercy Hospital, IHE Awgu Local Government Area.
Barr. Henry Okeke who is also a philanthropist said he decided to mark his Birthday with the Hospital Visitation to express his appreciation for what God has been doing in his life.
“I’m grateful to God for making me go this circle of life again in good health…, Reason why I am here in this hospital at Ihe today to ease the pains of some of the patients in this hospital”, he said.
While on the hospital visitation, Barr. Henry Okeke noticed poor lightening of the wards in the hospital promised to take care of the costs.
He maintained that the his Boss, “His Excellency Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi have set the pace for humanitarianism, mine is to emulate His Excellency in doing good to humanity.”
Barr Okeke earlier in the day at New Artisan Market Enugu, fed over 50 people ( mostly labourers) by buying off the foods of a popular food vendor in the market before proceeding to his Ward, IHE for Hospital Visitation at Mother of Divine Mercy Hospital. He emphasized that the essence of the Breakfast Session with the ” Street Youths” at new Artisan is to encourage them and advise them to denounce violence and cultism.
