APGA screens Gubernatorial aspirants

Governorship Aspirants under the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, after their screening today at the Party’s Secretariat in Abuja are expectant and praying for a ree and fair primary election.

The atmosphere at the APGA national Secretariat was best defined as tense as the aspirants awaited the outcome of the screening exercise.

Nine aspirants arrived the Secretariat for the screening and they are all hopeful that they will be successful.
Some of the aspirants who spoke with the ABS, including Professor Charles Soludo, Honourable Chukwuma Umeoji and Honourable Okwudili Ezenwankwo among others all pledged unalloyed support to the party irrespective of the outcome of the party’s primary election which they said must be hinged on transparency.

They agreed that what matters is the victory of the party at the election and not their personal desires as they are all qualified and capable of continuing the good work already started by the Obiano led administration.

It will however be noted, that only successful aspirants from the screening will participate in the party’s primary election billed for twenty eight June, in Awka.
