Hon. Michael Nweke Okechukwu

My people, I didn’t want to publish this because it is my private business but the calls kept coming unendingly.

The questions, assumptions, allusions and speculations are too numerous for me to respond one after another. Hence it is pertinent to treat it once and for all.

Yes, I, Hon. Chief Michael Nweke Okechukwu has resigned as Deputy State Chairman of YPP.

Yes, I, Hon. Chief Michael Nweke Okechukwu has resigned as Technical Adviser on Political Matters (Political Adviser).

Yes, I, Hon. Chief Michael Nweke Okechukwu did also resigned or relinquished or discontinued my position and services as the Founder and Leader of IUSM.

Those were the three official positions I held in my last place of work and I give God the Glory for giving me the strength and wisdom to serve at such top level all through the perilous time in the political space of Anambra State.

I wish to thank my employers for finding me worthy to serve in such enviable positions. I know I gave it my best shot. I gave my best and my all as directed by the spirit though it obviously wasn’t enough. We won some and we lost some.

I wish to also thank all those I led and those that led me. Every sweet story has an end and it is only the Divine Amazing Grace of God that helps us get to the end of our journey safe and sound.

To all my political associates, fans and followers, we will always move ahead ahead. The next line of action will be made known at the right time.

To my family – my mum, siblings, my wife and kids, I thank you all for your ceaseless prayers all through. I thank you for the unimaginable late night arrivals and my terrifying knocks on our door at odd hours. I’m sorry for making you all worry so much.

I will not forget to mention some of my comrades that died as we journeyed: Barr. Raph; Comrade Nobility and Comrade Chikezie Aronu. May their souls rest in perfect peace. Amen.

Finally, it is important to state emphatically that I bear no grudge against anyone.

I intend to focus on my future and the future of the multitude that believes in me as their political idol and mentor.

I prefer to remember the sweet memories and the good people that took care of me in the course of this journey.

I will never discuss this matter again because I believe dinner is served by doing this here. It is a closed chapter

May the future be far better than the past. Amen

Thanks and God Bless you all.

Ekenem…

Signed:

Hon. Chief Michael Nweke Okechukwu.
