Most dreams are not God inspired and can involve sin and horrors of all kind. Is it wrong to dream about sinning? Is it wrong to have sexual dream?

If those sexual dreams were products of lustful daytime thoughts, then repentance may be in order.
If sexual dreams becomes enjoyable and sought after, then it’s time to revisit Jesus words on lust (Mathew 5:28).
Upon AWAKENING, if we feel bad about what we were dreaming, it is always appropriate to ask God’s forgiveness and request that God would purify our thoughts. We may need to pray Psalms 19:14.
Dreams can reflect unmet and longings, so, if a pattern emerges, it can be an area we need to address with the Lord.
We can’t hide anything from Him. God can turn sexual dreams into spiritual growth and surrender.
