The very adjustment requires intelligence and not blanket orders that diminishes the number of the eventual front liners.
Uttermost importance is the imperativeness of recognizing that, the Nigerian security forces has no rule of engagement in practically everything that they do. Their brutality is usually explained away through false official statements.
Matters are equally not helped by the non availability of what one may call, a political arm in the operating environment. There is very little Mr Abaribe of Abia state can do in the very direction.
