Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Anambra State Chapter Elects New Executive

Election for new executive of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Anambra State chapter, is ongoing today, 08th January, 2021 at King David Hotel, Awka.

Similar exercise for executive of Ohanaeze Ndigbo at Local Government Areas of Anambra State was held on Wednesday, 06th January, 2020, and both the State and Local Governments executives will be inaugurated after today’s election.

The exercise, done in compliance with COVID-19 protocols, is supervised by elderly statesmen, including Elder Chris Eluemuno, National Officer of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Chief Dr. Paddy Njoku, Retired Major General Godwin Ugwuoke, Right Honourable (Ozo) Dubem Onyia, all representing Ohanaeze Ndigbo Secretariat, Ichie Aaron Muorah, representing Ohanaeze Ndigbo United Kingdom, Ihudike Monday Ikokwu, representing Association of South East Town Unions, ASETU, and Chief Honourable Elvis Chukwu, representing Izu-Umunna.
