It is sad that the APGA govt cancelled the curfew imposed by the state govt to curb the spread of corona virus because of a 3 day show that’s being powered by Stannel World.
The show which is an all night event is expected to kick off tomorrow and end on Valentine day, February 14.
Many popular artists are billed to perform at the event. The event is tagged #AccessMoreWithStanel. It has two class of events, the morning session tagged “for the master class will have eminent citizens and professionals who will speak on selected topics.
The evening show is called the “concert love affair” which kicks off by 6pm till mama call.
AIF Media learned that the organisers mounted pressure on the APGA govt to cancel the COVID 19 restriction curfew which starts by 9pm – 6am.
It is unfortunate that the APGA govt is more concerned on allowing an APGA love event at night where hundreds of love birds will congregate against the ravaging COVID 19 pandemic that has overwhelmed the health sector.
What can you say about a govt that was talking tough asking its taskforce to shutdown markets including hospitals that flout COVID 19 protocols.
Just few days ago, a new spare parts market at Nnewi was shutdown on the claims that the market did not follow COVID 19 guidelines. While ordinary people are being penalized for disobeying COVID 19 guidelines, the “OGAS” in APGA are encouraged to carry on with their activities even at night.
November 6 should always be in our hearts. It is a day to vote out every campaign of continuity. Anything but not APGA
