“Today, 1st January, 2021, I welcomed the First Baby of the year in Abia State.
“The first baby of the year, Kamsiriochukwu was born at exactly 12:01am to Mr and Mrs Nkemdirim Uba who hail from Nnewi South, Anambra State but reside in Abia State.
“The Baby Boy who is the couple’s first child, was born through a ceaserian section and weighed about 3.1kg at birth.
“The second baby of the year, a girl weighing 3.5kg arrived by 6:05 am to Mrs Ikechukwu Chinaza who hails from Ihube Okigwe, imo State.
“As I welcome the baby of the year, I also pray that the year which has begun with a rain of babies, an indication that God is set to shower Abians with amazing blessings this year continue to bring fourth blessings for us.
“I congratulate the new parents, and i bless their Children and pray God to make them responsible members of society.
“I also paid their hospital bills, made cash donations and supplied them with baby care kits.”
