The “Agricultural Credit Guarantee Scheme Fund Act(Amendment Bill)” which I sponsored was assented into law in July 2019 by the President, Muhammadu Buhari.
It sought To Promote Commercial Agriculture; Ensure Credit Support For Production, Storage, Processing Of Target Commodities, Market And Enterprise Development, Provide Concessionary Funding For Agriculture And For Other Related Matters.
As Governor, Anambra state under my watch will domesticate this Bill and create the needed economic activities from the sector, with its attended provision of jobs.
