As Anambra Gubernatorial Election draws near, Political Parties are holding their primary elections to produce their flag bearers. This past week, the major political parties in Anambra State held their primary elections.
One of Anambra’s Finest Authors and Youth Leader, Chude, Arinze Timothy who is famously known as Aristotle has congratulated the Flag bearers of these major political parties.
In a Press release issued on Monday night, the Young Leader extended heartfelt congratulations to the Gubernatorial Candidates of the People’s Democratic Party, Mr. Valentine Ozigbo; All Progressive Congress, Sen. Dr. Andy Ubah; All Progressive Grand Alliance, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo; and the Young Progressive Party, Sen. Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah.
He further stated that reconciliation committee should be constituted immediately by all parties to address issues that may have developed during and after the primaries to reconcile any aggrieved member of the parties.
Chude advised the people of Anambra to shun party politics and deliver the candidate who possess the capacity and willingness to work.
In his own words, “One of the beauty of democracy is that it presents us with choices. I call on the good people of Anambra to shun party politics. This is the time to think about the development of the state. We must ensure that the next governor of Anambra state, party regardless, is someone who will bring development in all sectors of the state.”
He prayed for the success of the November 6th Anambra Governorship elections while expressing hope that in a few years to come, he would be offering to serve his people.
