The candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the November 6, Anambra election, Valentine Ozigbo has today on Arise TV, said that he’s likely going to Tribunal against Soludo.
The PDP Candidate Mr. Ozigbo, said that he’s going to court to challenge the outcome of the November 6 Anambra Gubernatorial election.
According to the deputy Media Director to Senator Andy Uba campaign organization, Mr. Ikechukwu Emeka Onyia, “Ozigbo supporters that have been attacking Senator Emmanuel Andy Uba for saying that he has ground to challenge Soludo in Court. What will they say now that Val Ozigbo is doing about-turn?” Onyia asked
“Andy did not make quick position on issue of the out come of the election. He took his time, he met with his team, party etc. They took time to conduct preliminary examination before he made his position known and that he is going to court” he noted.
Onyia further said, “Andy did not play to the Gallary. He said he is going to court. Val Ozigbo never consider checking any data or meeting his team. He was interested in playing to the Gallary and was hailed as ’a good man’ only for him to begin to readjust to reconsider his earlier position”
“He was so happy initially that his party lost the election, he and his team were celebrating that he was announced 2nd. Only to went to AriseTv and started laying ground for possible going to tribunal.” Mr. Onyia added.
“Leadership and Politics is not about playing to the gallery for media hyping!
I salute Andy Uba for being decisive on his position.
Going to court to challenge INEC declaration is part of electoral process!
I wonder when going to court is now bad. Going to court represents peaceful behaviour.” Onyia concluded.
