~ Says development only a temporary setback
The Anambra South senatorial candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) and member representing Nnewi North, Nnewi South and Ekwusigo Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Engr. Chris Emeka Azubogu has described the development at the Federal High Court earlier today in Abuja as ‘a temporary setback that will not stand the test of superior scrutiny’
He said that he has directed his lawyers to immediately appeal the judgment which was neither here nor there; and urged his teaming supporters to remain calm and law abiding, as he is highly optimistic that the miscarriage of justice would be redressed in due course by the higher courts.
He thanked all for their love and support for his aspiration to represent Anambra South in the Red Chamber and urged them to remain prayerful and unshaken in their hope and believe in his ability to end the spate of underperformance in the zone.
