Anambra State Assembly Releases Time Table For 2022 Budget Defense

The Chairman of Anambra State House of Assembly Committee on Finance and Appropriation, Honourable Obinna Emeneka has called on government ministries to prepare for 2022 budget defense that will start on Tuesday, next week,in the Anambra State House of Assembly.

Honourable Emeneka who disclosed this during plenary,also revealed that timetable for the meeting is out and urged MDAs to stick to it to achieve the desired result.

On his part,Speaker of the House,Right Honourable Uche Okafor maintained that the House takes the exercise seriously and called on members of the committee to discharge their duties efficiently for the benefit of the people.

Also at plenary, the member representing Ekwusigo Constituency,Honourable Onyebuchi Ofor who defected to the All Progressives Congress from the Peoples Democratic Party during the electioneering period, retured to the PDP.

In his reaction, the Deputy Majority Leader, Sir Emeka Aforka appealed to lawmakers who defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC) from the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) to return to the party and join hands with the Governor-Elect,Professor Chukwuma Soludo to move Anambra State forward.
