Anambra State in Shock as Popular Native Doctor “Akwa Okuko Tiwaraki” Abducted from Hotel; Police Launch Manhunt

Chinedu Nwangwu, popularly known as “Akwa Okuko Tiwaraki,” a well-known native doctor from Anambra State, was abducted on Sunday by unidentified assailants. The incident occurred late at night at his hotel, Triple P Hotel, Oba, in Idemili North Local Government Area. Tragically, two of his security guards were shot dead during the attack.

As of now, the details surrounding the kidnapping are still unclear. While some of his followers claimed on social media that he had been released, the state Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Tochukwu Ikenga, confirmed that there was no official confirmation of his release. The police authorities have launched a search operation for the abductors and are working diligently to secure the native doctor’s safe return.

The incident has caused concern among the community and followers of the native doctor, who is known for showcasing his wealth and power on social media. The authorities are actively investigating the case and striving to bring those responsible to justice while ensuring the safety of the abducted individual.
