Anambra Traffic Management: RTEAN To Partner FRSC

The Anambra state Chairman, Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria, RTEAN, Architect Chukwuka Okonkwo says the association will collaborate with the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC in traffic management in the state.

Architect Okonkwo made this known when he led members of his executive to a familiarization visit to the Anambra state Sector commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps, Mr. Adeoye Irelewuyi in Awka.

Speaking during the visit, the state’s RTEAN Chairman commended Mr. Irelewuyi and his officers for the good work they are doing in Anambra state, in the areas of road safety, training of drivers, sensitization of road users on the various traffic signs among others and urged the command to sustain the momentum.

Architect Okonkwo pointed out that his members will collaborate with the officers of the Federal Road Safety Corps to ensure seamless traffic management in all parts of the state, in order to entrench the prosperous and liveable homeland conceptualized by governor Chukwuma Soludo’s administration.

Responding, the State’s Sector Commander, Mr. Irelewuyi who expressed delight over the visit, said that the two agencies will work together to give the Anambra motoring public the best.
