Anambra West Opposition Parties Decamps To APGA, Pledged Support For Akaoma, Ezego Soludo

In less than one month Hon Chief Benjamin C Obidigwe , Akaoma Jide Aku/ Member Representing Anambra East and West Federal Constituency in Abuja had trained over forty ( 40) constituents in Egypt on dry season agricultural production, the opposition parties in Anambra West local government this afternoon declared support for the ruling All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA

These decampees in their respective remarks maintained that their resolution was as a result of the good leadership qualities demonstrated by the APGA government in the state , adding that the influence of the Member Representing Anambra East and West in Abuja , Chief Chinedu Benjamin Obidigwe has further motivated their actions by dumping their various parties for APGA

It was a gathering of Anambra West political stakeholders across party line led by Hon. Patrick Obalim Udoba, Ezego Anam and Member Representing Anambra West in the state Assembly and attended by all APGA structures in Anambra West.

The group maintained that APGA has offered the state the required leadership ,adding that there is absolutely no need for credible opposition in the state .

Obidigwe who was unavoidably absent at the event was represented by his team led by Hon Anthony Nwakeze , Nchala who commended the group for taking the step of decamping to APGA  which he described as timely and most appropriate in the interest of the state and the party in particular and urge them to remain resolute towards promoting APGA ideology and embrace the party’s spirit of all inclusive representation in their various wards .
