Stop Blaming Soludo Over Umeh’s Defeat.

Why is Umeh camp blaming Prof Soludo for the defeat of Umeh by Dozie Nwankwo?

The primary election was free and fair. The delegate list was accepted by all camps because none complained over it.

Please blame the delegates who voted according to their conscience and leave Soludo out of it.

Those who voted are APGA members. They know Umeh. They know Dozie Nwankwo. They made their choice.

Umeh is from Anaocha LGA, Dozie is from Njikoka and Uzu is Dunukofia.

In Anaocha, Umeh’s LGA, he scored 42 votes while Dozie scored 14 votes. About 14 delegates from Anaocha showed preference to Dozie Nwankwo.

In Dunukofia where Uzu comes from, Umeh scored 13 votes, Uzu scored only 4 votes from his own LGA while Dozie Nwankwo scored 25 votes. Dozie Nwankwo won Dunukofia.

Then in Njikoka which is Dozie Nwankwo’s LGA, he scored 49 votes while Umeh scored only 3.

So I do not see where anyone can blame Prof Soludo here. Maybe the delegates were mostly those who are aggrieved like Nwa Mgbafor between 2004-2015 when Umeh was APGA national chairman. Maybe some of them paid for nomination forms for councillorship and LGA chairmanship election which never held and money never returned.

They decided to pay back now.
