With seeming failure of Chief Victor Umeh led APGA reconciliation committee where all those he invited and discussed with have all dumped the party and defected to another political party, the Wife of the governor has taken up the challenge. AIF Media was reliably informed that Osodieme invited the trio of Owelle Onyeka Mbaso, Chief Mbuze Agulu and Acobarry Chukwuma to the lodge.
From a source within the lodge, AIF Media gathered that the First Lady invited these 3 persons to the lodge individually. They were shocked meeting themselves at the lodge at the same time.
The source told AIF Media that even when they met themselves at the lodge, they met with the First Lady privately.
From our investigation, Osodieme decided to intervene after reading the embarrassing phone call conversation between Soludo and Owelle Mbaso from AIF Media. She was also angry when AIF Media published the audio voice message which Mbuze Agulu sent to the governor condemning the attitude of Soludo in removing ‘isi’ Ojukwu from APGA uniform.
On the part of Acobarry Chukwuma, the Iron Lady invited him when she heard that he is defecting to YPP with “AfaIgboBuOfu’ group.
AIF Media is digging deep to get the details of the meeting. But we were told that she begged Apgauk Chapter to bring back members of Association of Aggrieved APGA Aspirants, AAA. But Mbaso is insisting that part of the condition is for Oye to ‘refund & resign.’
On the part of Mbuze Agulu, he was accused of leaking the voice message he sent to the governor to AIF Media because he had concluded plans to defect to Accord party with Dr Godwin Maduka. He was presented with a picture where he held a meeting with Nwoke Umuchukwu. She therefore begged him to stay back in APGA and name his price.
Acobarry Chukwuma was accused of working for Hon Chukwuma Umeoji and that since Soludo’s name was published by INEC, that he was planning to return to YPP with ndi ‘AfaIgboBuOfu’ and support Ifeanyi Ubah for November 6 governorship election.
While Onyeka Mbaso was asked to return next week for conclusion, Acobarry was asked to come back with what his group wants while Mbuze Agulu smiled home with his long ankara cap stocked with ‘thank you for coming.’ Igwe APGA was also promised that he will be placed on a strategic position in the campaign organization.
However, when AIF Media reached out to some members of the AAA and AfaIgboBuOfu and requested to know their position on the possible return to SOLUDO campaign organization in honour of the intervention from the First Lady, here are their responses;
An aggrieved AAA member, told AIF Media that it is late to go back to them, except Oye is forced to ‘refund & resign’ which has been their position.
On the part of AfaIgboBuOfu, one of their coordinators told AIF Media that it is also late. He wondered why Osodieme had to wait till now to reach out to them. He lamented that when U-AYA sidelined them despite the fact that AfaIgboBuOfu was a structure attached to the First Lady, she abandoned them while the leaders U-AYA insulted and abused them.
“We were virtually chased out of APGA by U-AYA and the cabal. It is now they know we are important. If Acobbarry succumbs to their deceits, that one na his problem. We are no longer interested. Those who produced Soludo and boasted of their capacity should go and deliver him”, he concluded.
