A non governmental organisation, Best Brain Contest is set to host the 2nd Edition of Anambra State Mathematics and Igbo Quiz Competition for Secondary Schools.
Best Brain Contest had their Maiden Edition of the Quiz Competition on Dec 10, 2021 where over a million naira worth of prizes and benefits were awarded to winners.
Best Brain Contest, a Nigerian Educational Competition Organisation in partnership with Anambra State Ministry of Education is geared towards the promotion of Education competitions and interpersonal relationships amongst students.
Granting interview to newsmedia, the Best Brain Contest CEO, Frank Igbojindu who is also the Chairman Akpoazaa Group stated that the choice of Mathematics and Igbo language for the second edition of the Quiz Competition is to continuously promote the Igbo cultural heritage and mathematical solving skills amongst the students.
He further stated that this year 2022 (the second edition) is unique and special as the Quiz Competition is open for only Public Secondary Schools in Anambra State. This he said was to support the government and the parents’ effort in patronising the public schools. A lot of prizes are available for the winners in each categories; Igbo language and Mathematics. Subject Teachers of the Winner schools shall be rewarded with Cash prize and Award of Certificates.
Mr Igbojindu stated their team readiness for the Quiz Competition which will take place on Thursday Dec 8, 2022 at Anambra State E-Library Awka by 10am.
