In a powerful showcase of inspiration and mentorship, BFS Global Foundation hosted “The Creative Hub” event on November 9, impacting students across seven renowned universities. As part of the foundation’s “360 Student” initiative, this year’s edition brought a new, dynamic focus on fostering students’ creativity while promoting a balanced approach to life that includes academic, social, spiritual, and entrepreneurial pursuits.
This was the second installment of the 360 Student program this year, organized in collaboration with LinkedIn Local under the theme “The Creative Hub.” Designed to be more than a typical seminar, the event offered an interactive masterclass in life skills, blending mentorship with networking to connect students with industry leaders and innovative ideas. Participants were encouraged to harness their unique talents, transforming passions into viable career paths that extend beyond traditional academics.
Founded by Ambassador Edden-Rex Iffok-Obong Abarah, BFS Global Foundation is driven by its “Breastfeed Success” initiative, which seeks to nurture young leaders by instilling self-actualization skills. The initiative reflects the nurturing symbolism of a mother’s first meal to her child, focusing on holistic development for students in higher learning institutions.
For over seven years, BFS Global Foundation has been dedicated to empowering young adults, equipping them with skills and wisdom to excel academically while achieving a balance between personal aspirations and financial, spiritual, and social goals. The foundation’s efforts are highly regarded, receiving over 3,000 annual messages from students who credit their personal growth and career clarity to BFS’s programs.
Ambassador Abarah, along with a committed team, continues to lead BFS Global Foundation toward excellence in youth empowerment, committed to shaping the next generation of leaders who thrive across all aspects of life.
