Federal High Court Abuja sacked Victor Oye; affirmed Chief Edozie Njoku’s Owerri Convention.

The court also affirmed Barr. Hamman Buba Ghide as the authentic National Legal Adviser of APGA.

Upholds Supreme Court Ruling that Victor Oye’s removal is non JUSTICIABLE.

Strikes out Application for Mandamus.

Orders that ONLY the Party APGA through the Legal Adviser Barr. Hamman Buba Ghide can institute the Mandamus.
