Mr Primus Odili, the former chief of staff to ex gov Obiano has declared to contest for Senate in Anambra north senatorial zone on the platform of APGA.
Mr Primus held a meeting today at Aguleri where he made known his intention to run.
He will be running against Mrs Ebele Obiano who has the backing of her husband. Recall that few days ago, AIF Media broke a news that the Aguleri cabal had concluded plans to humiliate Osodieme and ensure she lost her senatorial bid in Anambra north.
Our report has been confirmed today with the declaration to run against Osodieme by Mr Odili.
AIF Media gathered that Primus has the backing of Hon Chinedu Obidigwe, who is currently representing Anambra east and west federal constituency in the House of Reps.
A source who spoke to AIF Media is worried that Primus could have the gut to come against ex gov OBIANO’S interest just two weeks of leaving power.
Another source said, ‘even if they can’t respect Osodieme, why can’t they respect Obiano since he is backing the wife.’
No former governor has been humiliated this way by those he picked from gutters and made. It is sad it is coming from his own ‘umunna.’
Does gov Obiano deserve this humiliation from his own boys?
