The Federal High Court Abuja ruling on April 6, 2022 has very significant technically that favours Chief Edozie Njoku.
That judgement recognizes the convention of Owerri that produced Chief Edozie Njoku. It also recognized the National Legal Adviser of Njoku’s faction as the authentic legal adviser of APGA who can sue on behalf of the party.
With these two major decisions of the court on April 6, Oye’s days as National Chairman of APGA are numbered.
