On the Nigerian league, Ejidike thumbed-up the League Management Company, LMC for proactively finding way out to stage NPFL in the last soccer season and bringing sanity to the league.

However, the Nigeria Pillar of Sports tasked the football ruling authority to guide the Nigeria flagbearers in both CAF Championship and Confederation Cup to prevent repeat of early exit like it happened to Plateau United and Enyimba which dropped to the second tier Confederation Cup.” Nigerian clubsides should dictate and dominate African continent”.

“There is need to up our activities and programmes in sports particularly in the aspect of grassroots development. The Federal government, complemented by states and local governments should construct sports centres in every ward in the country to bring standard facilities closer to the budding talents”.
