Commuters at the Cele Bus Stop along Oshodi-Apapa Expressway were stranded on Monday as some drivers in Lagos State went on strike.
The Lagos drivers under the aegis of the Joint Drivers Welfare Association Of Nigeria have accused members of the Lagos State Parks and Garages Management Committee, of extortion.
