Job Description
- Answering questions about a company’s products or services.
- Processing orders and transactions
Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems. - Delivering information about a company’s offerings.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Responding to customer reviews.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
- Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 0 – 3 years of work experience.
Salary
N75,000 – N90,000 Monthly.
