Davido Enthusiast Completes 15-Day Cycling Expedition from Benue to Lagos

Emmi Wuks, a dedicated admirer of music icon David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has successfully concluded his remarkable 15-day road trip from Benue to Lagos. Wuks, who embarked on the journey on a bicycle, arrived in the bustling city of Lagos on Friday, marking the end of his ambitious adventure aimed at personally meeting his musical idol and presenting him with a special gift.

His arrival in Lagos was met with an exuberant and heroic welcome by the Tiv community, as showcased in a Facebook post accompanied by photos. The post celebrated his accomplishment, stating, “Congratulations to Emmi Wuks, he just arrived Lagos state now and is being (sic) welcomed by Mdzough U Tiv Lagos State members and Benue Chubby Queen Miss Kpadoo Upev. I celebrate you, Man, After all #IKnowWhereIBelong.”

Taking to his former Twitter handle, the celebrated cyclist, who proudly identifies as a ‘die-hard’ fan of Davido (also known as O.B.O), expressed his journey in poetic terms, describing it as ‘Timeless.’ Wuks extended his gratitude to the warm reception he received from his fellow kinsmen and credited the DMW boss for inspiring him to pursue this impressive endeavor.

In a tweet, he wrote: “What a TIMELESS experience. @davido my boss, the street went crazy for u again today I made it to Lagos. Thank you for reminding me not to give up. Benue you’re the BEST ever! Thank you Naija.”
