Some members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities, Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti chapter staged a protest over the Federal Government’s no-work-no-pay policy and payment of half salaries to lecturers in the state.
They are seen holding placards with various inscriptions like, ‘Only a criminal will support half salary and IPPIS,’ ‘Teachers teach the nation, but Buhari cheats the nation,’ and ‘ASUU-EKSU says government at all levels should prioritise funding of education’.
