Essential Ndubuisi
The Senator representing Anambra Central Senatorial District, Uche Ekwunife (Iyom), Friday, May 14, 2021, led members of her campaign organization to commiserate with the family of Ichie Frank Oramulu of Ukpomachi village, Awkuzu, Oyi LGA, over the death of their wife, mother and grandmother, late Mrs. Grace N. Oramulu.
Until her death, the late Mrs. Oramulu was the beloved wife to Ichie Frank Oramulu. Ichie Oramulu popularly known as Eze Nmuo is the former Anambra state Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party.
The funeral ceremony which was held at the deceased husband’s compound was graced by notable personalities across the state and beyond.
In her condolence message, Ekwunife stated that she was saddened by the news of late Mrs. Oramulu, describing her as a mother and community builder. She noted that the deceased will be sorely missed by the family and friends. Ekwunife prayed God to accept the soul of late Mrs. N. Oramulu in heaven.
Responding, the President General of the community, Chief Innocent Chialu thanked Ekwunife on behalf of the family. He eulogized Ekwunife for the excellent representation she offers to the people of her zone. Chief Chialu noted that Ekwunife will do excellently well if elected as the next governor.
The Chairman Senate Committee on Science and Technology on behalf of her family and campaign organization extended condolences to Ichie Frank Oramulu.
The deceased died at the age of 63.
