Ekwunife Commiserates With Sir Collins Ugochukwu Obi Over Uncle’s Death

The Senator representing Anambra Central Senatorial District, Uche Ekwunife, Friday, June 4, 2021, in company of members of her campaign organization joined the entire Irunnebo village of Enugwu-Agidi, Njikoka LGA of Anambra state to mourn late Chief Henry Obi.

Late Mr. Obi popularly known as Ezekwesili was until his death an uncle to Sir Dr Collins Ugochukwu Obi (Ichie Agumunri Enugwu-Agidi). Sir Obi is a close friend and ardent supporter of Senator Ekwunife.

The funeral service which was held at St. Mark’s Anglican church, Enugwu-Agidi was officiated by the Archbishop, Province Of The Niger, Bishop of Awka Diocese, His Grace Revd. Dr. Alexander C. Ibezim.

In her condolence message, Ekwunife expressed sadness over the death of the deceased, describing him as a good man. She said that only God knows when to give and take life, and prayed God to comfort the family in this trying time.

Ekwunife on behalf of her family and campaign organization extended condolences to Sir. Collins Obi and the entire family of the deceased.

Late Chief Obi died at the age of 92.
