Ekwunife Congratulates Chief Chinedu Madubuko As He Commissions Roads In Adazi-Ani Community

The leading aspirant for the November 6 governorship election under the platform of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Uche Ekwunife, Sunday, April 4, 2021, congratulated Chief Chinedu Benson Madubuko for his huge contributions in community development and nation building. Ekwunife noted that community development entails combined action from individuals to solve common societal problems.

Ekwunife made this known during the commissioning ceremony of circa 10.76km roads singlehandedly rehabilitated and constructed by Chief Madubuko within Adazi-Ani Community, Anaocha LGA, Anambra state. Chief Madubuko is the CEO of Chico Group.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ekwunife commended the CEO of Chico Group for the road projects aim to improve the standards of living of the people of the community. She described Chief Madubuko as a selfless man whose contributions to community development is immeasurable. Ekwunife noted that the roads will serve the collective needs of Adazi-Ani community and its neighbouring communities.

Talking on, The Igbo-Ukwu born senator noted that Chief Madubuko’s gesture was in line with her vision to use the mandate given to her by the good people of Anambra Central to drive economic development by attracting roads that will connect different communities within the zone. She commended the quality of the work done, saying that the roads are of international standard.

Ekwunife further emphasized on the importance of community service and urged all to always think of what to do that will have a lasting and positive impact on the society. She prayed God to continue to enrich and bless the Adazi-Ani born philanthropist as he continues to give back to the society.

The Chairman Senate Committee on Science on Technology on behalf of her family extended congratulations to the entire Adazi-Ani community for their cooperation and support to the facilitator of the road projects

Some of the roads include Adazi-Ani – Alor, Ikenga village hall road, Igwe factory road, Obiofia road.

Dignitaries present were Senator representing Anambra South, Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, Deputy Minority Leader of the State House Assembly, Hon. Ebele Ejiofor, Archbishop Alexander C. Ibezim, Dr. Cletus Ibeto, PDP guber aspirant, Dr. Godwin Maduka, APC guber aspirant, Engr. Johnbosco Onunkwo, Traditional Rulers, PGs amongst others.
