Ekwunife Reassures Quality Service Delivery, Hosts Anambra North PDP Statutory Delegates

The leading aspirant for the November 6 Anambra governorship election under the platform of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Senator Uche Ekwunife, has reassured that her administration will provide quality service delivery aimed at improving the lives of the people of the state. She said that she will change the face of governance, if elected.

Ekwunife, who made this known on Wednesday, June 23, 2021, when she played host to Anambra North PDP statutory delegates noted that if elected as the next governor that education, health and human capital development will be on her administration’s priority list. The Senator noted that she has the capacity to deliver, adding that she will not renege on her promises to the people.

The Igbo-Ukwu born Senator while urging the party delegates to vote for her this Saturday to become the party flag bearer added that a vote for her is for liberation, prosperity and upliftment of the state. She further advised that nobody should nurse the thoughts of planting seeds of discord and blackmail within the party, as PDP is well positioned to win the upcoming election.

In his brief opening remarks, the Anambra North Vice Chairman, Chief Francis Udeoba expressed satisfaction that the Anambra North PDP Statutory Delegates turned out en masse to answer the call of the Senator. He described Ekwunife as a grassroots politician who has always delivered on every mandate given to her.

While enjoining the party delegates to make the right choice, Chief Udeoba said that Ekwunife is very experienced, competent and goal-oriented to become the next governor.

Others who spoke re-echoed the sentiments of Anambra North Vice Chairman. They described Ekwunife as the best aspirant for the job, adding that they are optimistic that she will emerge as the party flag bearer and going forward will win the upcoming gubernatorial election.

The meeting which was held at Senator Uche Ekwunife Centre Awka had in attendance many Stakeholders from Anambra North which include deputy Chairman PDP Anambra state Mr. Okey Asolo, ex officios, Mr. Emeka Small Nzekwe and Mr. Chinedu Okwuosah, and the Anambra East local government chairman, Comrade Johnson Melikam.

Also present were the Director General of Senator Uche Ekwunife Campaign Organization, A. A Anagu, former member of House of Reps, Hon Micah Umoh, former member of the state house of assembly, Hon. Dimobi Joseph, former State Organizing Secretary, Hon Tony Ngaji, Ichie Ekwulukaghalu Ubaka amongst others.
