The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mr. Nyesom Wike, has appealed to well-wishers to discontinue the placement of congratulatory billboards in his honor. Mr. Anthony Ogunleye, the Director of Press in the Office of the Minister, conveyed this message in a statement released in Abuja on Sunday.
