In preparation for the nationwide Ward Congress of the All Progressives Congress (APC) scheduled to hold in Imo State, Governor Uzodimma charged party members to erase the mindset of controlling the party structure and work in service to the people.
This was part of the programs lined up towards ensuring a hitch-free Ward Congress of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Imo State, today as Governor Hope Uzodimma had an all encompassing stakeholders meeting with various leadership structures of our great party in the state.
According to the Governor, “As a family, the structure of the party lies within the people and not any individual. We will continue to integrate processes that would be beneficial to every member of the party and for the interest of the electorates. It’s on this premise that National Leadership of our party directed an open congress and we must adhere to it strictly.”
Governor Uzodimma also wished every aspirant success and a hitch-free Congress as the party Ward congress will be strictly transparent.
