Gospel sensation Chidinma Ekile has firmly refuted rumors linking her romantically with secular singers Flavour and Kizz Daniel. The renowned artiste, who transitioned from the secular music scene to embrace gospel music in 2021, addressed the speculations during an appearance on Channels TV’s program, Rubbin’ Minds.
The past had seen widespread speculations and conjectures about Chidinma’s alleged relationships with Flavour and Kizz Daniel during different periods. However, Chidinma took the opportunity on Rubbin’ Minds to set the record straight and dismiss the dating rumors that had been circulating within the music industry.
During the interview, the host, Isabella Adediji, inquired, “You were confronted with a lot of accusations, talking about the whole Flavour, Kizz Daniel [dating rumours]. How do you navigate those rumours?”
Chidinma promptly addressed the matter, stating, “Well, stuff like that always happens in the [music] industry, I just try as much as possible to block out the noise and the distractions.”

Chidinma also used the opportunity to clarify that she is not succumbing to societal pressures regarding marriage. In response to a question about being under pressure to wed, she confidently expressed, “No pressure at all. When the time is right, it [marriage] will happen.”
