I will never forget the first time I saw Nkem Owoh die in a movie.

That day I just returned from school, saw my siblings watching the movie and I joined. The movie’s title is Agumba. Some of you must have watched it.

In the movie, Nkem Owoh’s spirit left his body on the bed at night and was just wondering about. His spirit left his body lying face up but before the spirit would return, his brother went and changed the position of his body and his spirit couldn’t enter the body again. That was how Nkem Owoh died and his spirit kept wondering about pitifully.

That movie made me and my siblings cry. I was really mad at his brother for going to shake his body.

For several days I couldn’t eat properly because of the movie.

I thought Nkem Owoh had died forever, to the extent that I even fell ill, only for me to see the idíot in another movie titled “Osofia In London”.
