Ifitedunu Crisis: Board of Trustees Cautions Public Regarding Transactions with Uchenna Oragwuncha & Unauthorised Nkwo Market Shop Construction

A letter dated July 27, 2023, addresses the unauthorized construction of shops at Nkwo Market, Ifitedunu, Anambra State, by Mr. Uchenna Nwoye Oragwuncha.

The undersigned officials of Ifitedunu Town Union hereby inform the public that Mr. Uchenna Nwoye Oragwuncha’s construction of shops at Nkwo Market, Ifitedunu, lacks authorization from the community.

The Nkwo Market is communal property requiring consent from all executive council and will be rectify by the general assembly for dealings. Mr. Oragwuncha’s sole actions are unauthorized and fraudulent.

Public caution against dealings with him is advised, as it may lead to defective titles and financial loss. Mr. Oragwuncha has lost community trust and his position as President General of Ifitedunu Town Union.

Enclosed, you will find the letter bearing the signatures of multiple community leaders and officials, including Chief Samuel Nweke (Chairman BOT Ifitedunu Town Union), Evangelist Jasper Azodo (Secretary BOT Ifitedunu Town Union), and others.
