Ikpeazu accuses “powers that be” of deliberate attempt to deny Igbo opportunity to lead Nigeria

Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, has accused the “powers that be” of deliberately preventing the Igbo people from ruling Nigeria.

Speaking during a meeting with the leadership of Nzuko Umunna, a pan-Igbo political organisation, Ikpeazu called on the Igbo people to unite and work towards their political liberation.

He urged them to reflect on their relationships with other ethnic groups in Nigeria and to expand conversations around their political survival.

Ikpeazu pledged his support for Nzuko Umunna and advised the Igbo people not to fight amongst themselves but to work together for their future.
