Lagos State Governor Pays Condolence Visit To Late Rev Olumakaiye’s Family

The governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-olu, has paid a condolence visit to the family of late Most. Rev. Bamisebi Olumakaiye.

Sanwo-Olu made this known via his Twitter handle on Friday.

Speaking on how he will be missed, Sanwo-Olu said, “I paid a condolence visit to the family of the late Most. Rev. (Dr.) Humphrey Bamisebi Olumakaiye. His pastoral and wise counsel will be sorely missed by his family, the House of Bishops & the entire clerics & members of the Anglican Communion. May his soul find rest with God.”

Olumakaiye, who was until his death the Archbishop of Province 1 and Bishop of Lagos Anglican Communion, died during the week at the age of 53.
