Macsa Minded Nation Executives Reiterates Total Commitment To The Perpetual Progress Of The Association


… Unveils plans for the semester

Following the first General Assembly of the Department of Mass Communication Student Association (MACSA), University of Benin, Ekehuan campus, the association new Executive board has promised to make their administration an outstanding one.

The President of the Association, Adepoju Oluwatosin who disclosed this at the G.A assured Macsans that his administration is for the continuous growth and progress of the association.

Oluwatosin sieze moment to enumerate the plans for the semester, some of which he said has been accomplished during the lockdown.

The president also urge members of the association to take every opportunity this administration is presenting seriously as it is an avenue for growth, stressing that the department is known for its creativity and aesthetics which must be duly portrayed at all levels or aspects of the department.

The association helmsmen also lunched a New Macsa Logo, inauguration of an Editorial Board for the MASCA Ekehuan Watch (an internal publication of the association) and Social Committee comprising of students from each constituency ranging from 100 to 400 level.

He also informed the association on issues surrounding the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) program stating that the department and pioneers of the program are working assiduously to make things smooth for students interested in the program.

Oluwatosin who strongly believes in innovations and creativity also unveiled the “FACE OF MACSA OF THE WEEK CONTEST” a platform aimed at advertising and promoting Macsans who are doing very well and the Macsa Media Diary and Macsa BizTrek

He added that his administration will work effectively and operate within the confines of the association constitution.
