Maureen Mmadu Football Kiddies Camp Team Pays “Thank You” Visit To ABS Managing Director, Chief Uche Nworah

For his support and contributions towards the resounding success in it’s maiden camping edition, the Maureen Mmadu Football kiddies Camp Team, today, 5th February, 2021, paid a “thank you” visit the Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of the ABS, Chief Dr. Uche Nworah.

The team, led by the Ex-international and Ambassador of Female Football in Anambra State, Mrs Maureen Mmadu, her Media Aide, Mrs Gozie Chukwuleta and ABS Presenter Mr. Ebere Ugonna, explained that over 100 kids participated in the maiden camping edition, adding that more are coming, and that scholarships in an American university await 3 talented female footballers from the State, that will be selected from the April 2021 camp.

Receiving the team, the Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of the ABS, Chief Nworah, thanked the Former Super Falcons Coach, Mrs Mmadu for her passion in nurturing young athletes in the State, adding that with what the Willie Obiano administration has put in place for sports development, her objectives are realisable.

He called on Ndi-Anambra to support her dream of harnessing sports potentials in the State, adding that the ABS will continue to use it’s various platforms in promoting sports development in the State.
