It speaks English, French, Arabic, Kiswahili, Pidgin, Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo and Afrikaans.

The robot was built as a 6 feet female Igbo character.

Omeife, Africa’s first humanoid robot developed by Uniccon Group, is a 6-foot-tall female Igbo character designed for tasks like farming and water fetching.

It speaks eight languages and is culturally aware.

Omeife assists in surveillance, intelligence gathering, research, and voice transmission. Developers aim for a positive impact on African communities, addressing poverty.

Uniccon Group plans to mass-produce Omeife with an estimated starting price of $3,000.
