My boss is a Parody of Leadership – Nkem Okeke

The Deputy Governor of Anambra State Dr. Nkem Okeke has accused Governor Obiano of embarking on vain glory to commission uncompleted project that will still gulp billions for landscaping. As he does not want  the incoming governor Soludo that will still do 40% of the work to claim part of the credit, hence the rush.

The deputy Governor who rejected the invitation by his boss Governor Obiano to the commissioning of the uncompleted project also accused the governor of not toeing the path of good governance and not delivering good governance to the people of the state rather embarking on vain glory.

According to Dr. Nkem Okeke:

“ I heard that in spite all attempts to make my boss not to commission an uncompleted edifice that will still gulp billions for landscaping, he is bent on doing so. He does not want Soludo that will still do 40% of the work to claim part of the credit, hence the rush. All I will advise Soludo to do is to shun that particular function.

As if commissioning it will not draw the type of crowd that next to liquor makes him happy, he started sending letters of awards to people. I heard one letter is for me. For what? To partake in his charade?

All the roads in Awka are dilapidated and there are mountains of refuse everywhere. We thought his preoccupation at this time would be to hand over a clean and pothole-free capital, no, he is concerned with vain glory. Please count me out.” Dr. Nkem Okeke
