Essential Ndubuisi
Yesterday, the 31st day of May, 2022, the members of the ECOWAS Youth Council paid an unexpected surprise visit to the head office of the I.C. Ejiofor & Co. (Ugochinyere Chambers) in Abuja.
During this auspicious visit, I was presented with this regional recognition as “Africa’s Beacon of Hope and Defender of Human Rights”.
To say I am flabbergasted is an understatement. I am indeed, truly humbled and short of words.
Hence, I wish to seize this medium to once again, say a very big THANK YOU, to the Board, Management and entire members of the ECOWAS Youth Council. I appreciate you all from the bottom of my heart.
May I assure you all, that I will never relent in my quest for seeking justice for the innocent and defenceless. Because in the words of Martin Luther King: “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere”.
Also, to whom much is given, much is expected. Therefore, as long as God gives me life and good health, I will dedicate my time towards ensuring that we have safe habitable spaces for everyone across Africa, and beyond.
Again, I dedicate this Award to my indefatigable Client – Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu for his belief in the emancipation of marginalised persons.
