NOUN Commissions New Study Centre At Isulo

The National Open University Of Nigeria, Orumba South Study Centre Isulo in Orumba South Local Government Area, has been commissioned and ready for use

The study centre commissioned on Saturday February 6th, 2021 was built by Isulo Development Union and handed over to National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) and was part of the twenty million community project initatives by Governor Willie Obiano.

This is the second study centre of the University in Anambra State after its first branch in Abagana.

The Study Centre was commisioned by the Vice Chancellor of the University Professor Abdalla Uba Adamu represented by the Deputy Vice Chancellor Academic, Professor Uduma Orji-Uduma.

Dignitaries at the event were, the member representing Orumba South at the State House of Assembly, Engineer Emma Nwafor, and his Orumba North counterpart Chief Emeka Aforka, traditional ruler of Isulo, Igwe Felix Maduka, University Don, and stakeholders in Orumba South Council Area.
