Reno Omokri praises Peter Obi for transforming the Labour Party from zero to hero in less than a year, according to a tweet he posted on Wednesday.
Despite being a critic of the party’s presidential candidate, Omokri highlights Obi’s enormous sacrifice and calls on the factional leaders to overlook his errors.
He also criticizes the infighting within the party and urges them to appreciate the impact Obi had in making the party a third force and gaining the support of Nigerian youths known as ‘Obidients.’
He wrote, “Labour Party is very unwise to have this infighting. No matter the issue the Apapa-led faction has, they ought to recognize that Peter Obi took Labour from zero to hero in less than a year. If someone can achieve that for you, you can as well forgive his lapses!”
