Mark it down now. If APC Anambra state conducts direct primaries allowing all APC members in the state to go out and line up to vote in their would-be designated voting centers in the party primaries, then, Andy Ubah will emerge.
It is certain.
But if APC conducts its normal party primaries with only delegates voting at one centre, the battle will be between Azuka Okwuosa and Johnbosco Onunkwo
The Chido Nwankwo factor will also come to play in between the battle. Witchtec will only emerge based on certain considerations.
The question is, will Andy Ubah win the November 6 governorship election for APC at the polling booths?
