SHELTA LAUNCHES “THE RENT PAYER” SERVICE IN ABUJA

…Providing tech-solutions to Rent financing for Nigerian Landlords and Tenants.

Abuja, Nigeria, November 22nd , 2021— “The Rent Payer”, an innovation by Shelta to solve the problem of rent financing has been flagged off in Abuja. Shelta is a tech-driven startup specialised in resolving prevailing problems in property matters in the Nigerian space.

The service had its online launch on 20th of November, 2021 while the press conference held at the Sustainable Innovation Hub, Garki, Abuja on the 22nd of the same month.

According to the CEO, Austin Igwe, this service is focused on helping Nigerians find a way out of the stress of paying rent annually even when it is impracticable to do so.

“Nigerians can now heave a sigh of relief with a new breath of fresh ideas through cutting edge technology into the property industry. Our dream is to enable people win while living”

“The Rent Payer” is a new solution by Shelta to eradicate the longstanding conflict between landlords and tenants regarding flexibility of rent payment. Tenants that subscribe to “The Rent Payer” service have their annual rent paid to their landlords in full via Shelta’s funding funnel, giving the tenant the option of flexible rent payment according to their income structure; be it monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually. This payment made on behalf of the tenants in turn guarantees the rent for the landlord.
